What is Vintage Curiosity Club?
Vintage Curiosity Club is a unique surprise parcel of vintage treats and treasures, tailored to suit your tastes and personality.
What is in Vintage Curiosity Club parcels?
Each parcel contains a surprise mix of small vintage and antique items. There will always be at least one piece of vintage or upcycled jewellery, a paper ephemera pack and a handmade collage card made using vintage materials. Other items could include accessories, buttons, vintage jewellery making supplies, sea pottery.....it depends what you tell me you like! If you're not so craftily inclined I'm happy to substitute the ephemera pack for another item.
Why are their two box sizes?
The standard parcel offers a wider selection of vintage goodies, but if you just want a little treat the mini parcel is just as lovely, but just with a smaller selection.
How often can I receive a package?
Choose from a one off parcel, or you can opt for a 3 month subscription service- perfect for gift giving (coming soon!)
When will I receive my parcel?
Please allow up to a week for me to curate a unique selection of vintage goodies just for you! When complete, I post each parcel by 1st class post so it reaches you super speedily (standard airmail for overseas)
What is vintage?
Vintage is defined as anything 20 years or over. However, many of the items I collect which find their way into Vintage Curiosity Club parcels are much older- some date to Victorian times or even earlier!
Who are you?
I'm Isobel, founder of Isobello Vintage on Etsy www.etsy.com/uk/shop/isobellovintage An English antiques shop which specializes in vintage jewellery, paper ephemera, leather bags and whatever else I can get my mitts on!
Why are you doing this?
I have so many lovely vintage bits and pieces, too many to list individually and I LOVE choosing and wrapping presents. I decided to combine these two things and start up Vintage Curiosity Club so I can send wonderful vintage mystery parcels to make strangers smile.
How will you know what I like?
With my mind reading powers! Not really ; ) After checkout I will send you a questionaire asking a few questions about the kind of things you like-colours, textures, vintage style and aesthetic etc. You can go into as much or as little detail as you like but more information will allow me to match up vintage items more succesfully for you! If you can supply any images or pinterest boards of things you like, all the better!
What if I don't like something in my parcel?
Because Vintage Curiosity Club parcels are bespoke for the recipient, I am unable to accept returns unless items are damaged in transit. I'm confident you'll fawn over everything in your parcel, but if there is something you don't like why not give it to a friend and continue the upcycling process : )
I would like to send a Vintage Curiosity Club package as a gift, can you send it straight to the recipient?
Of course, I can also include a little hand written note if you like, and you can choose what colours you would like things to be wrapped up in : )
